Liverinov Valeriy, was born on May, 31, 1967. Finished the Odessa State University in 1989. Speciality is the applied mathematics. Presently is a sole proprietor, a sphere of activity is development and maintenance of software in the field of record-keeping and audit.
About the program.
Program is intended for determination of pair of players in sporting contests, using the swiss system of drawing. Some popular modifications are foreseen: on a lot and on rating; with going of table fifty-fifty(the first plays with middle) and taking in succession(the first plays with the second), ignoring of color at formation of pair. Basis of pairing algorithm are rules of the swiss system of FIDE.

Limitations.
Maximal amount of participants - 128, maximal amount of rounds - 10. Last version of the program: 2.3.
System requirements.
The program works under the management of MS-DOS, Windows 9x, Windows 2000, Windows XP. Hardware requirements: CPU - 386 or higher, RAM 640 Kb, keyboard, printer with LPT-port.
Recommendations.
The program is tested on many of tournaments in Odessa, such as, Odessa-Open(annual chess tournament), team championship of Institutes of higher on a chess, festival Go "Odessa The Gold", many of local tournaments on a chess and Go.
